Delivery in France and throughout Europe: €10 per kilo

If an exchange is confirmed in writing, you will need to return the product(s) with a copy of your packing slip (or a note indicating your order number, name and e-mail address) and a copy of your invoice to  info@joycemoekoskin.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.

In the event of an incorrect address, unless we have made a mistake, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

JOYCE MOEKO SKIN UNDERTAKES TO DELIVER orders within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the order.

Delivery times are indicated in working days on the site at the time of ordering, and are to be taken into account once the order has been dispatched.

These times exclude the preparation and dispatch of the order as well as the times of our carriers.

 

HOME DELIVERY

JOYCE MOEKO SKIN UNDERTAKES TO DELIVER YOUR COSMETIC PRODUCTS TO YOUR HOME, in accordance with the terms of the contract, within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the order.

On delivery, a signature may be required on the delivery note.

Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours from the time your order is handed over to the delivery driver.

 

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check that this address is correct.

If the address is incorrect, JOYCE MOEKO SKIN will not be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of delivery.

Deliveries are made in the evening to avoid customer absence. The customer will contact you during the day.

JOYCE MOEKO SKIN cannot be held responsible in the event of LOSS or THEFT! Please contact the delivery company.


REFUNDS

In the event of return of a parcel not collected by the customer, no refund will be given. The only option available is to pay the shipping costs again so that the parcel can be returned to you.

No cosmetics sold on the site are refundable for reasons of hygiene.


Customers may request a refund if delivery times are not respected. (delivery times may be extended during promotions).

Orders placed during a promotion are non-refundable.

In the event of an incorrect address, unless we have made an error, the return costs will be borne by the purchaser.
